A friend and I had a conversation...Is it a trellis or an arbor? this is what
dictionary.com says...
trel⋅lis /ˈtrɛlɪs/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [trel-is]
–noun
1. a frame or structure of latticework; lattice.
2. a framework of this kind used as a support for growing vines or plants.
3. a summerhouse, gazebo, arch, etc., made chiefly or completely of latticework.
ar⋅bor /ˈɑrbər/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [ahr-ber]
–noun 1. a leafy, shady recess formed by tree branches, shrubs, etc.
2. a latticework bower intertwined with climbing vines and flowers.
Anyway...the trellis/arbor is taking shape in the courtyard at Northwest Pool & Spa. What a difference it will make...a gardeners dream, the perfect frame for our outdoor courtyard. Separating us from our industrial surroundings...and then the plants, I CAN HARDLY WAIT.
